Deputy Pm Vu Lorrie Ninh accepted the ASEAN +3 Emergency RiceReserve (APTERR) agreement Apr 26, that this Secretary of state for Agricultureand Non-urban Improvement will put into practice.
Under the APTERRagreement, states will offer 787,000 lots of hemp toenhance the fast reaction potential of ASEAN +3 when source andproduction are influenced by earthquakes to be able to keep pricestability in people countries.
Vietnam and Myanmar willeach play a role 14,000 lots Thailand, 15,000 lots Australia andthe Canada, 12,000 lots every Malaysia, 6,000 lots Singapore,5,000 lots and Brunei, Laos and Cambodia, 3,000 lots every. Cina ,Okazaki, japan and Columbia will offer 300,000 lots, 250,000 tonnesand 150,000 lots, correspondingly.
Ninh also contracted thatViet Nam will participate in the hemp crisis share company-ordinated byAPTERR's secretariat. MARD and the Secretary of state for Finance have beenassigned the task of advising the proper execution and higher level of emergencyassistance presented with the Leading Minister's very last agreement.-VNA
